The hotel is not well managed and is very dirty (the carpet in the corridor and the smell are horrible, everywhere is basically dirty). The room AC didn’t perform well and the bathroom was dirty as well (hairs everywhere, there was a plastic « carpet » in the bathtub where the majority of the water would stay, and the shower curtain was very dirty). The breakfast was very basic (waffles, bread, coffee and juice). The staff is nice except for one at the reception. The one receptionnist who helped us check in didn’t give any information about our stay (time of breakfast, hotel facilities, etc). It was an okay hotel, but wouldn’t recommend or go back.

Was stuffy, smelled like either BO or smoke, our neighbors were up at 2 am screaming, yelling, slamming doors, etc. couldn’t sleep AT ALL. Asked for more towels and was told to come get them myself. Room was not tidied up while away. Carpets ripped, holes in wall. Not impressed at all for the price.

I think it is NOT fair to keep old fascinating pic and hide the factual. I have taken pic of the property and things out there. First if all there was nasty smell of mijuana smell. Secondly property had dirty filthy carpet in the hallway, taps weren't working, water not draining in bath tub. You name it and had those problems. Worst part the smell of mijuana in the hallway everytime. Very disgusting and dissatisfied. If someone follows up with me I will share the pic taken and it is not even joke.

First of all the staff was rude, they had no hospitality or any kind of professionalism. We were shocked at the way the lobby looked, very unclean with trash on the floor. We even spotted rats the next day in the lobby. After we checked in, we asked for a trolley cart but the staff at the front desk told me that there was only one available and someone was using it, so we were forced to wait for half an hour and nobody brought it to us. The front desk staff didn't even bother to check on the status of the request, even after I constantly asked. Finally we decided to take our luggage manually all the way to the upstairs room. There were awful smells in elevator as well as on the hallway. We were nauseous and required medicine. There were very dirty and damaged carpets every where in the hallway as well as debris all over the place. When we opened the room it was not clean and stank, even the towels reeked of a disgusting mildew smell. We were forced to use our own towels. The bathrooms were not clean, bath tub looked dirty and water was not draining, the frame on the mirror was dirty. I have pictures of it. The only reason we were not able to leave and find a new hotel is due to time constraints, as we were there for a wedding reception and did not have time to find a new hotel, check in and get ready for the function, so we were forced to remain here.

Worst hotel ever

Bathroom was not cleaned. Hair stuck to used shampoos left in the room. Coffee pot was dirty. Plug in bathroom didn’t work. There was dried vomit in the wall outside our room the entire stay. No one vacuumed the hallways. No one ever responded to the messages I sent requesting assistance.

There wasn’t much I liked. The breakfast was less than desirable. The room service was terrible and the strangest thing is they did room service at night instead of during the day when people are checking out. You ask room service for new towels for your room and they tell you to visit the front desk plus they weren’t very friendly either. The room service didn’t even come in our room to remake our bed and we didn’t even have a do not disturb sign up. They had pee stains on the inside of our top sheet. The chair for the desk in our room was broken and I almost fell on the floor sitting down on it. The knob to flush the toilet was barely staying attached to the toilet. There weren’t any plastic cups in the bathroom to use for to drink water or for to fill with water to use after brushing your teeth. They also had a sign on the bathroom door that was posting an entrance to the swimming pool. The mattress was sagging. Worst of all the owner of the property didn’t care to hear any of the problems we had during our stay. Also the property didn’t know if it was Ramada or La Quinta as they still had signage on the front door as La Quinta.
