Don't bother with this one.

I called within the cancellation window to confirm that the oil and hot tub were working (selling point for me), and I was assured they were. Arrived and the hot tub was NOT working and found it later that it hasn't worked for over a month. No towels in the pool room, had to wait for them to "dry them", not enough towels in the two rooms I booked, phones were down (also found out they have been down over a month), manager is ghosting me and not responding to emails or calls. Badly managed property.

Had no problems. Was very nervous, too many bad reviews. But it lived up to 3 star hotel requirements. Room was clean. Area safe, close to long branch beach. Breakfast is super basic.

The check in process, was awful. We arrived 30 minutes prior to check in and waited until after check in time to check in. Also, day 3 of staying, no housekeeper came in and cleaned the room and used the excuse of “DND” sign was hanged when it wasn’t. Overall, the place isn’t a bad place to stay. The pool was nice but small and overwhelmed of chlorine smell.

If you don’t mind sitting in a dark room without opening the curtains because there are cars and people in front of your window. Otherwise, do yourself a favor don’t stay here. Staff is unwilling to accommodate nor give you extra towels.
