Unfortunately the woman checking us in was vomiting in between checking us in. The hotel stunk horribly. The pool are had a funky smell. Beds were like trampolines super bouncy. Would not recommend.

The property is right off exit 11 of I-91, It is easy to park and get to the room. It is clean and quiet. I think if could use some minor renovation (drive way, parking area and some minor repairs) and have some breakfast include for convenience. The swimming pool looks good but I did no use it.

Staff were extremely friendly and professional. The hotel was fine, however the need to clear the snow and spread some more salt to get rid of the ice on the walkways and parking areas (I almost slid and fell twice). Also there was a slight smell of, what I call sewage in my room. Overall I was satisfied with the value and what I received.

Dirty rooms and very outdated. Rude front desk. I was left with no parking spot on a snowy night with no possibility to park my care safe. The staff was very rude and tod me to look for other accommodation in the middle of the night.

Not advised. In need of major repair and bedding!

Went to check in at 3pm and was told the cleaners were still cleaning our room. I told the person at the front desk that we’d wait for our room and would just be at the pool until it was ready. They then offered us a room with two queen beds, which was a nice offer. Unfortunately, the room had no matching sheets and the bathroom had exposed drywall that hadn’t been painted. It also had wallpaper that was peeling off of the walls and had mold spots all around it. Paint in the hallways and doors was in need of major repair. We told the person at the front desk that the room was filthy and they set us in a different room, but the pull out couch had no bedding. We asked for bedding for the room while we went to the pool and then out to dinner. We were happy when we got back and the bed had been made, but there was no top blanket or pillow for our daughter to have on the pullout. I went to the front desk again and was told there were no extra pillows in the hotel and the only available blanket was a thin one. All this plus the used band aid on the edge of the pool added to it being just too much. We packed our things before bed and hit the road for a better place to stay.

Don’t go!

Over booked the hotel so had to downgrade my room beacuse I booked trough a third party. They charged me the same price and got to room stink like smoke. TV didn’t have a remote and bedding had visible stains.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did not have the circumstances. When we arrived there was no power. After the expected time frame had lapse we asked for a new room. We were provided one. A few hick ups with the room keys but again anything we needed the staff obliged.

There was a big stain on the carpet in the room. I have stayed in this room before and there was no stain. Seems like the desk was also taken out. Not as good as a stay as at other visits to this hotel.
