The Sandy Knoll House is a gem with so much to offer. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. The large kitchen comes fully equipped with all your cooking essentials. You'll love the cozy living spaces on both the upper and lower levels. Step out onto the balcony to take in the wooded view, or gather around the fire pit in the backyard for a relaxing evening. Plus, you'll appreciate the convenience of the attached garage and onsite laundry units. The house is located in Sandy Knoll County Park. All of the county park amenities are available to house occupants. Enjoy the small pond and beach area, playgrounds, disc golf course and pro shop, and 8 acre dog park. Many miles of trails are available for all seasons.
