Don’t do it!

Pictures lie. Upon entering the dingy porch area with peeling paint we found an equally disgusting old furnitured room, greasy appliances, 1/2 painted old bathroom vanity. We had to leave as we were afraid of bedbugs and safety. Our toddlers were looking forward to a playground and pool. The “playground “ was literally a small plastic slide and baby swing. Patrons were sitting outside the pool area smoking so we did not even try to go there. Truly disgusting and disappointing. Just hoping for a refund as we have always previously trusted this site .

House keeping can be better. We did find cobwebs behind doors and windowsills and chips on floor. My daughter always carries cleaning products just for this type of thing. Other then that a great family place to stay. I would stay again

Ne’r Beach Motel Review

The area is fantastic, plenty to do and eat. The motel was fine but the bed was uncomfortable and felt like sand under the sheet. Room was clean, bathroom had a bad shower head and the pipe was loose and wobbled. We stayed in room 10. I would look elsewhere if you want a good nights sleep.

Place was clean and comfy. Could use a light near the chairs for reading. Also, I was right next to the laundry area. Not too noisy but I could hear voices in the afternoon. I know there s/b no expectation of quiet at that time but I'm used to soundproofing between rooms and the outside so I could nap. Not a super big deal. Didn't like paying for cleaning separately and a $300 fee for using a credit card. I don't think these were explained before I booked.

2 night stay

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a little bit trouble regulating the AC. We made it too cold the first night but, we figured it out the 2nd night. The only issue we had with is the outside light. There was no way to shut it off. So we hung a blanket over the door to block the light.

After I reserved my rooms, I called the motel and asked whoever answered, if the room was handicapped, as i have an electric wheelchair. He told me that all the bottom rooms were handicap accessible. That is not true. There is a five-inch rise to get up on the concrete in front of the rooms and probably a seven or eight rise to get into the room. Also there was a large crack in the bathtub. I do not plan to ever stay there again and will pass this information to other disabled veterans. Another thing: They do NOT give a veteran discount.

This was awful. Our room was in disrepair. I touched the luggage rack attached to the wall and it fell off. Needs lots of upgrades.

Nice accommodations for me and my lil dog!

I needed to find a place on my way back from a work trip on the 4th of July. The hotel was able to accommodate my last minute request AND letting me bring my little dog. The staff was so friendly and while the unit was a bit on the dated side, it was very clean.
