The room was ordinary but clean. The reception was generally friendly except twice I was put on endless hold and finally called home to husband to get help with stuff in room. Price was higher than charged in Sioux Falls for a much better room.

Very old, could afford some updates.Our room was not very clean: previous guest toenails on the floor next to the bed, not certain if it was bed bugs but had 2 black bugs appear which made us wonder if there were more? One was on the bed in a seam of the comforter and the other was in the night stand when I opened to take out my pajamas. For the price we paid per night for the stay, expected to have it clean and no bugs! Breakfast was great and staff was fairly helpful. Upon checking in Friday night, we waited for staff to get off the phone for over 20 minutes, not pleasant when it is late and all you want is to get to your room and go to sleep!
