Do not go off of images on hotel websites for room amenities!!
We booked the 1 king bedroom suite since the image on Hotels.com included a tub within the room. When we got to the hotel, we discovered our room didn't have that. We went with this hotel and more expensive room expecting the image to match the product we had purchased.
When this was brought up to the front desk, they blamed the website and did not offer any compensation. Regardless if the website or AmericInn is at fault, the consumer (i.e. you and me) should not bear the responsibility of this error.
I am extremely dissatisfied at the false advertisement and lack of resolution. If you insist on using AmericInn do not go off of pictures, read the amenities very carefully. The images are false advertisements and you will be the one paying for your mistake.
I will be going out of my way to avoid AmericInn or Wyndham brand hotels going forward and advertising others to do the same after being taken advantage of. This is no way to treat a customer and I cannot imagine another retail situation with false advertisement where the consumer is misled and then has to pay the price, besides less reputable companies.
Hot tub was nice.
