I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect relaxing environment. The location was convenient, close to many attractions and transportation options. The breakfast could be better, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

I went with the intention of getting very important work done via computer. However, the internet did not work. I phoned the front desk for the code, but to no avail. It left me with a loss of a whole day's work. I told the guy at the front desk on leaving who was showed no empathy and offered no compensation. Not happy with this visit.
