Showed up to hotel n lobby was closed had to walked around the back of the building to get in n the staff was not helpful n was told they didn’t have my reservation n was not willing to help even when im showing my reservation on my phone i had to walk out the property to get some reception on phone bc they had the hotel under construction which wasn’t noted on my reservation on Expedia then i had to call Expedia n had to wait for over an hour so they had to call the hotel so I had a two hour stay bc i was traveling early morning i do not recommend it i been using Expedia for over 15 years time to use a different service

No no no! This hotel is under renovation it is worse than a bomb shelter! I am trying to get ahold of hotel.com to get refund. No laundry no breakfast no staffing as listed as part of booking. Have pictures of poor room cleanliness. Had to track down the van driver in hallway to get to airport. DO NOT BOOK

The property was I. Construction and looking great, the only challenge I had was the extreme smell of vaping in hallway and through bathroom fans. Clearly the no smoking rule was not followed

The hotel is well-located near the airport. It was under construction which we didn't know. The toilet ran unless we fixed it. There was a huge patch on the wall that was unsanded or painted. The bathroom was newly configured with a shower and toilet room, nicely designed but no hot water on day 2. The sink area had no place for a hand towel. Our keys didn't work on day 2 and the staff fixed them but didn't apologize. Shall I go on?

The ambiance was very captivating. It felt as if I was at home. The feeling it gave was unmatched. How could I forget about the service of the staff , they were really professional and welcoming. I would definitely go there again.

Where do i start? The construction site of a lobby? The thick smell of cigarettes? The open water bottles in the room? Calling this place a dump gives dumpa a bad name. Sleep in the airport.

Friendly staff, but hotel under construction. Rooms are clean and nice value for the price, but had to switch rooms when the sink was clogged in my first one. Also thermostat was stuck. Very close to airport.

I was double charged. The entrance remodel made it difficult to navigate around. Cigerette buts all over the parking lot.During checkin the employwas less than friendly. I left early.

We ran into a few issues during our stay that could have been very easily remedied, but weren't. First, we had booked a 1 night stay (my husband and I) and 2 night stay (my grandmother and 14 month old). During the first night, my poor baby got her first stomach bug and threw up all over the hotel room. On herself, my grandma, and all over the bed. By 8am, all the sheets and blankets had to be stripped. We asked if my grandma could just switch to our room since her room as so destroyed (even after I wiped everything down and sent sheets away) and they said no because we booked through Expedia, a third party. How ridiculous. Second, we asked since we couldn't switch if they'd come and change the sheets and just do a clean so my grandma could have a clean room, well they don't clean rooms if you're staying more than 1 night...INSANITY. So I went and got the damn bedding myself and Clorox wipes and cleaned the whole room and remade her bed so she didn't have to sleep in a pukey room and with no sheets. Honestly, unreal and inexcusable. Won't be staying there again...
