I am reviewing the Warsaw Tru this time although I didn't stay there. I had booked a room to stay while in town for my daughter's funeral. I had to cancel, and they were very kind and accommodating. I love this place!

Lady bugs in the room No closets No coffee makers in room no microwave in room My husband has to heat up water every morning for a nose rinse nothing to heat it up in only 1 glass in the room towels were thin couldn't use more than one time very disappointed that the hotel was under the name of Hilton

Second stay

Terrific location for an event at Grace College. The large lobby with plenty of seating and games is great if you have a group of people or kids. The workout center is small but up-to-date and clean. All of the staff that we interacted with were helpful and pleasant. This was our second stay at this location and we would recommend staying again.

Outside dirty, garbage all over. Room key card reader was bad. I went back to get new cards 4 times!!! Desk had to help me to get in my room. Eggs and sausage were cheap and of poor taste and quality. 2 night stay.
