Door would not open , after we got it open you could see damage to the frame. Room was stained carpet and walls. Bathroom door would not lock, door knob and wall fixtures were rusty in the bathroom. No exhaust fan in bathroom, shower pressure kept going to almost nothing and cold. Horrible horrible to pay $90 for that kind of service

If it wasn’t for the water park itself, we’d pass on this place. For what it costs…..half the arcade games broke or improperly functioning. The absolute rudeness of the check in staff or “life guards” would make one ask for a refund and leave. The nicest staff are the housekeepers. There is no free breakfast, the Starbucks coffee is $3.50 for a 12oz cup and it’s a machine that only takes cards. Rooms are pretty nice and somewhat clean.

Terrible service. Short staffed. Hairs the in the shower. Winking falling off. Key scanner didnt work and had to go down to poor service at front desk 3 times. For as expensive as this place is, it was not up to par at all! Im not picky at all. But this was bad. And for the cost no continental breakfast or room service.

Let’s just say customer service is gone . The hotel itself was clean . Rooms very small on the other side of the hotel. 200 a night we should have the same size room if not a suites . Was locked out of the room several times. Keys didn’t work . Random people in the hall

When I entered the bathroom there were pubic hairs on the toilet, it was the first time either of us had been into the bathroom. I went to take a shower before bed and there was no hot water, so I was not able to take a shower before bed.

The room was eeh. There were breaks and cracks in the bathroom tile, and the toilet wasn't bolted to the floor. The room itself was ok, but outdated. We only needed the room for one night due to the weather, so it worked, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the counterperson was nice, the gentleman shoveling snow outside was very kind. However, the cleaning staff was very loud and somewhat rude in the morning.

The pool/slide and hot tub were awesome for the kids. The rooms were dated but fairly clean. The did not have any bottled water anywhere for purchases other then the BP restaurant.
