Room was spacious, hotel had musty odor with no amenites in the shower ( shampoo, conditoner, soap), tissue roll was nearly empty, 2 kleenex tissues in the box. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, no protein at all. One elevator for 3 floors with a hotel full for a softball tournement was really an inconvenience. The only good thing was the bed was soft, the room was a good size, and the staff were nice.

Room was very clean. The staff were very professional. The morning of checkout, the young woman working the desk worked tirelessly keeping everything wiped down, while checking people out. Very clean!

Oct 17,2025We checked in, but getting off elevator we smelled a strong odor. Both rooms were too smelly. We found mold and suspect there was more as walls had been patched and repainted. Top sheet was torn, floors were dirty. Returned to front desk but unable to get a refund without manager approval. Have reported to Microtel corporate office, Travelocity and called hotel repeatedly. Still no refund. Oct 20,2025
