The hotel is at a good location, a short walk to the “Tube” and easy to get to sites. The furnishings were dated and worn. The front of the bath tub was loose and the bathroom faucet dropped. I had a window with a nice view of the Tower Bridge. Overall the room seemed clean and the beds comfortable. The concierge gave us 2 universal outlet adapters with a $5 deposit for each

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Clean and spacious rooms. Very large and comfortable beds with lovely big TV. Amazing shower and also a big bath. We stayed in a room overlooking the atrium so had no natural light which was strange. The lighting in the room made it difficult to put your makeup on. The toiletries were empty near the bath and were not topped up. Could do with a plug for phone charger near the bed and plug for hairdryer near the dressing table. Minor details as overall was a lovely stay in a very comfortable room.

Great location and breakfast, room was nice ok.

Good for the price in a City like London. We had a twin room and the beds were really comfortable we both had a good sleep. I got a late check out at 19:00 for 50% of the room price I paid , this was ideal for us. Staff were great at the reception and the housekeeping got us an iron quickly after asking and with a smile. Great location too

Excellent location with friendly and helpful staff. Minibar was complimentary which was a bonus. Only downside was the size of the room.

Very good hotel. The room was clean, all the staff were friendly, particularly the doormen who offered to carry our suitcases, wished us good mornings and opened the doors promptly, as well as being genuinely interested in us as people. The 12th knot rooftop bar was very good too, great views across the Thames. Only criticism is the cost of the minibar and any snacks in the room, would recommend bringing your own. Also an option to opt out of housekeeping for the stay and receive credit to use in the bars or restaurants which was good. Great location as well, very close to Blackfriars train station and Waterloo, as well as right across the bridge from St Paul’s and a short distance from the London eye, Big Ben and other tourist attractions. Many restaurants nearby as well, as well as supermarkets and pharmacies. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Also option to put room key within the Apple wallet. Would recommend and stay again.
