We experienced multiple unacceptable issues during our stay. The first room had no heat. The second room also had no heat and was dirty. The third room had working heat, but there were cockroaches present. When we reported these problems, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Rather than addressing the concerns, they disrespected us and forced us to leave the hotel.

Debbie was amazing! Not only was she playing housekeeping but running the front desk as well! Very pleasant and very helpful...you need several more just like her! ;) Everything in room (223) was fine, with one exception. The torn up blind that you can't open or pull up, needs to be replaced with the shades you have in the hallways! :)

Staff welcoming. Room cleaned. Location very noisy with bright line train and planes passing by. Online was not asked if bringing a dog and was charged $20 extra and $4 resort fee on site . Dog area was full Of feces and never cleaned . I was concerned about my puppy . This Inn houses homeless families .

No deposit was listed and one was randomly there when I got to property. I literally almost didnt have enough for it. I couldn't eat dinner because of this unanticipated and random charge. Most hotels just keep your credit card number if any damages occur
