The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, oven, over-the-counter convectional microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, cooking/eating utensils, iron, ironing board, ice-bucket, wine glasses, and an extra kitchenette bar with 2 chairs. Large-size dining table seating with 8 dining chairs. You'll have everything you need to cook up a storm and entertain guests.

SHEETS, DUVET & BEDDING
- We provide 2 Twin size down comforters for a King size bed set up or 1 Twin down comforter for each Twin size bed set up. (1 per person)
- We provide 4 pillows for a King size bed set up and 2 pillows for each Twin size bed set up (that is 2 per person)

- When a King size bed set up is requested, it consists of 2 Twin bed frames being placed together covered with memory foam and a King size mattress cover. (So, you get the comfortable King size bed experience).
- We use duvet sheets that go around each down comforter, which are common in Europe and at most modern hotels. The duvet sheet cover sheets get washed before each guest's arrival. Therefore, we do not use any additional top sheets as the duvet sheet that covers the comforter is the fitted top sheet.

One of the most notable features of this property is its prime location, Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to know that this home is also located right by Golf Clubhouse, Resort Cafe & Restaurant, PGA Learning Center, PGA Golf Club, Driving Range, and Pitch-Putt course. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, you'll find everything you need to perfect your game and enjoy a day out on the greens.

But that's not all! Within walking distance, you will also find the world-famous Tutto Fresco Italian Restaurant, known for its delectable cuisine and live entertainment.

While this property offers easy access to all these fantastic amenities, it's important to note that a rental car is recommended for those who wish to explore other nearby attractions.

Pool Access
While our community pool is under renovations. Indulge in All-Inclusive Resort Pass -Experience the ultimate day at Bay Resort from $95/adult or $48/child, 10 am-5 pm: Infinity Pool, Hot tub, Splash Park, Lounge chairs/daybeds, open bar, lunch buffet. Inquire for availability and details. Subject to availability and rate changes.

NOTE - HOUSE RULES: The rate fluctuates based on the number of persons staying and visiting, so inquire for a customized rate quote or if you plan on adding more persons to your group in an existing reservation (the more people you add, the higher the rate).
• No third-party reservations, non-registered guests, and no local visitors are allowed without prior approval before making a reservation.
• Tenants/guests need to inquire before making the reservation. Before being accepted, we need to know the number of occupants and the reason for the trip (business/work-at-home or celebration).
• For any extended or far-out stays: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, please inquire with us before making an instant booking. We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. This is because most of our bookings are on weekends, Thursday to Sunday, and for 6-8 nights, this would cover two weekends, which is two bookings for us instead of 1, so the opportunity cost is very high. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation, acknowledging the above house and community home rules. A visitor's and an occupancy agreement must be signed after the reservation, accepting the above house rules and ordinances
• Listing & Check-in address is at the clubhouse with our representative. When home is ready for check-in you will get address to golf villa (home is only about 200 yards away from clubhouse)
