Good stay!

Good location, staff, restaurants, lounges in the same building. Very clean well kept room. Lovely decor and furnishings, comfortable. Plenty of seating areas. We did find the room quite dimly lit, although the bathroom was well lit.

Property is located in a central location in downtown and is relatively new and well managed. Amenities are pretty basic (gym and small hot tub). Bed and shower were great but chairs in the room were fashionable but uncomfortable. Expedia VIP perks had indicated that continental breakfast was included however when we checked in, we were told this is not included in our reservation. This is the first time Expedia VIP perks had not been honoured and quite disappointing.

I loved staying here, when I checked in they treated me to a wonderful kombucha. They had all my VIP Expedia amenities ready for me. They delivered what was said when I booked. The breakfast that was included was delicious.
