Really enjoyed this stay thanks to very attentive, helpful staff. Location is central, so you can walk in all directions: Art Gallery, theatres, tons of dining options. They loan out a pair of bicycles for free for up to 4 hours & Vancouver is covered with bike lanes. Hotel has beautiful decor, a steam room to relax you, and a jacuzzi and pool (didn’t try those two). Room is spacious with comfortable mattresses (topper you sink into). Only non-superlative experience (still fine) was on-site restaurant, as everywhere these days, under-staffed, limited menu.

Hotel very attractive, front desk and wait staff were excellent The furnishing in the room could have been improved. The chair for relaxing was uncomfortable at best. The coffee maker didn’t work. The ‘wand’ in the bathtub leaked. The underground parking was expensive with a new city-wide tax added in. Having said that the bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom spotless and the usb plug ins were plentiful. The lobby was gorgeous and their dining room very attractive. Pool area and hot tub well maintained although both could have been warmer given outside temperature in December in Vancouver.

Excellent boutique type hotel with wonderful, personalized service. I do think the rooms could use some updating; ie lamps are very old fashioned and there is not enough places to plug devices in. Also, was surprised and disappointed to see the small plastic shampoo etc bottles rather than the dispensers. Otherwise, terrific hotel. Hot tub/pool is great.

Excellent welcome,the room was incredible. We’ve stayed at the L’Hermitage before, it did not disappoint. The bed was extremely comfortable, best night sleep since starting our 3 month holiday. The staff were attentive and helpful. There was a minor fire in the middle of the night but everything ran smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.

Excellent and very professional service. Room was spacious and comfortable overall. Location is great. I didn't get to checkout the pool. The only thing I would recommend the hotel to update is maybe better/newer clothing iron and hair dryer, since they didn't seem to work properly but didn't really impact our stay and overall we were very happy and would definitely recommend them.
