Nice quiet and clean hotel in a good location for walking to waterfront or up town or shopping. Dinner options seemed a little limited within near vicinity but okay with a walk. Rooms are smaller than what they appear to be in pictures but nice and comfortable finishes. Sofa needs to be replaced - leather cracking. Throw blankets would be a nice touch. View of building and concrete but good daylight. Enjoyed this little mama nesting next to the owls :)

Great room but refrigerator wasnt working. This room suite (909) while nice was chopped into smaller sections and crowded. Wouldnt be a good fit if you had a wheelchair. We had a rolly walker & it was challenging. But service and hotel were very nice.

A Great Place to Stay When Visiting Downtown!

We stayed in Suite 1204 with a great view of the harbor and the city. This was our second stay here. The facilities were excellent, functional and comfortable and the staff was very helpful with check-in as well as with holding our luggage until our room was ready as we arrived from a cruise ship about mid-morning. This hotel is highly recommended if staying in downtown Vancouver.
