Only a side view of ocean but still acceptable.First bedroom lacks nightstands and lamps on each side in order to charge phones ect. Also could replace toaster oven with 4 slice toaster. But it’s a lovely clean condo overall. Loved the beach.

The location was excellent. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant a couple of nights. Being right on the beach was what we were looking for and this place delivered. We appreciated the fact that there were chairs available for us to use on the beach! The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed.Our only negative about the unit was the condition of the fixtures/appliances. They are in need of updating. In one bathroom, you had to be sure the toilet handle was flipped back up to keep it from running. The shower handle was loose and difficult to easily adjust water temp. The dishwasher and microwave had seen better days as well. Overall, not significant issues, but issues nonetheless. Kind of takes away from the "luxury" description.

This condo was in an excellent location with the proximity to the beach, nice pool, and easy parking. The condo itself was spacious with all the supplies and amenities we needed. While the beds in the rooms were comfortable, the furniture (e.g. couch) was a bit dated and worn down. The cleaning could have been a bit better as there were dusty corners and some crumbs on the floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the garbage disposal didn't work, but honestly not a big deal. There were actually lots of extras available that I normally bring along, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper towels and laundry detergent. Definitely would stay again.

Celebrating A Birthday

Celebrated our mothers birthday and stayed for 2 days. Really enjoyed our stay using this unit as lodging. Location within a very short walking distance from beach was very nice. Unit was clean, cozy and comfortable. Having a restaurant on bottom level of condo was very convenient and pools on site made the whole experience very pleasurable. The stay greatly assisted in everyone having an memorable experience.

The location is what gives this condo its saving grace. The positives inside were the items provided for our stay. Laundry soap and items used for cooking! Beds were very comfy..water pressure in the shower was amazing! Beach chairs were provided in closet..yes, the tv does have streaming capabilities (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) On the other hand, the owner must not know the unit is not kept clean, or doesn’t care. It is outdated and needs some tlc, but as long as people don’t mind these things, you will enjoy the unit. You will need to provide your own toiletries..hand soap and toilet paper is provided (toilet paper is a little cheap. Parking in the garage is super challenging for larger vehicles. If possible travel in a smaller vehicle or park on the street.

Great stay

We had a great stay @ our condo. Will definitely stay again. It was very clean , very roomy and great location. The beach was right there so that was great too. The only bad Thing is the parking garage was crazy because the parking spots are way too small .Not near enough room without almost hitting another car. Next time we will pay and park on the street.

Spring break

We had a great time at the condo. Make sure you have the correct code for pool access. It’s in the vrbo app. It is incorrect in the welcome notes in the condo. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space. Lack of attention to details. Broken blinds in some rooms, clocks didn’t work, and terrible toilet paper so bring your own. Nice pool area and restaurant was great! Quick walk to beach.and perfect place to view the sunrise.

Good beach vacay

The condo was very very clean which was wonderful. The location was absolutely amazing within a short walk to be beach. The balcony was a great way to see the ocean too. We even witnessed a dolphin in the early morning from the balcony. It would wonderful if the condo had more blankets, beach towels and beach gear provided making it easier for people traveling from afar. Some updating of the furniture would be good since the pull out bed was pretty thin and worn. Overall the location to the beach was great.

Updates needed

Overall, everything was just OK. The shower curtain was rusty and cheap. The bathrooms look very dated. The TVs definitely need an upgrade. My suggestion would be to get rid of cable save your money and buy new TVs that are smart TVs and everyone can log into their own streaming, you could not login to any streaming because the TVs were so old overall just needs to be updated and spruce up if you’re looking for high-end this was not it.
