Some issues. NOT Handicap friendly.

Hot tub NOT usable for handicap persons! Pillows awful, bed very comfy. Bed way to high for short people. Toilet overflowed, handle tricky to work! Strange swim trunks left in shower. Someone smoking in the hallway. Staff friendly. No cable tv.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom area, The toilet at the base was filthy. We wanted to leave the first night but our other hotel wasn’t available. We will not be coming back to this hotel again. The staff was kind when we said we would be leaving one day earlier no explanation needed he said but honestly someone needs to address the housekeeping, we also found food behind the nightstand.

No one at front desk until 3:00. Had to wait to check in. Low toilets. Pics showed a breakfast bar. Did not see in writing that no breakfast was offered. Disappointing.

The man at the reservation desk was nice. The condition of the property was run down and dirty. The room was dirty, the floor was very dirty, the entire property was not in good shape. Location was the only plus.

Extremely loud!

Check in was good, and the room was nice, but a little tight. We had to put the play pen in front of the door which wasn’t ideal. I’m not sure what they have going on on the second floor of the building but it was EXTREMELY loud, non-stop throughout the night. Walking, running, jumping, anytime water was running it was super loud. The pool was closed but the hot tub was open. There was a giant toenail near the hot tub which was gross. The location is nice, near restaurants and the lake.

Staff and everything was great . The room very clean and well kept . Our only complaint was we were in a room with a connecting door, and our neighbours were incredibly loud letting their door slam every 10 minutes

Disappointed in housekeeping

Disappointed in the cleanliness of my tiny room. Dried muddy boot prints on the plank floors, hair in the shower, body wash dispenser empty, hair dryer didn’t work, bathroom, shelves, and hairdryer had a layer of dust that has been there for quite a while. Clearly, they’re only hitting the main element.

Nobody at desk when I arrived. Had to call and then wait for a clerk. Provided no info about anything. Just took my info, gave me a key and told me where my room was. Was only there to sleep and left at 5 am. Not impressed.
