It was nothing special. No one EVER at the front desk. Had to dial them up. Bedroom floor was sticky and dirty...they did attempt to clean and was a bit better. Went to take a shower and the handle came off in my hand and they had to con tact a repair man who fixed. Shower faucet VERY loose and not securely attached to wall or tub. Will be a problem for someone if not fixed. Overalll......fair at best. Way overpriced for the condition its in. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was fine for a place to sleep for a couple nights. Some of the outlets didn't work which was disappointing. Beds were comfy though.

The room was clean but had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. Each time you needed assistance at the front desk—you had to call on the phone—-which was somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast was minimal and not tended to routinely (out of milk and bread; garbage overflowing; tables arranged on top of each other not allowing movement between chairs and no fresh water at all). The linens and towels were very clean and taken care of.

This property had no curb appeal. The front desk was unmanned and you have to call, using a dirty phone for someone to come check you in. There was a one way mirror front and center of the front desk, which was a bit creepy. The luggage rack would not roll, which was frustrating, so bags were carried by person. Hallways were okay, however, very little soundproofing. Room was clean and comfortable. Both bathroom and room looked newly renovated and were comfortable. Limited dining space for breakfast. Very limited breakfast choices : two cereals, some bread to toast with jam, no butter or peanut butter, one flavor of yogurt, coffee, no tea.

It was a fine, safe place to stay. It was convenient for our pets. The one staff person we saw was fine, but not overly friendly. He seemed to be the only one and was checking in guests, cleaning rooms, etc.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was grime buildup around the base of the sink faucet and around the sink drain, dust buildup on the towel holder, dirt splashes on the towel holder, dust along the top of the backsplash. The exhaust fan did not work. The fridge was not cold enough and could not be adjusted. And while I'm no "Princes and the Pea" the bed was very uncomfortable as it was piled way to high with mattress pads. Time to get new mattreses and do away with the excessive padding in an attempt to over-compensate for poor mattress quality.

Affordable stay

The room was clean, but no hand soap or lotion in dispensers. Room temperature was fine and controllable. There was a lack of security because the exterior door to the parking lot did not lock. Missed continental breakfast and still using Covid is a lame excuse in June 2025. The common areas show their age, but the room was updated.

I liked the location, the friendly staff, and the fact the property had both a pool and hot tub. The building outside and around the property could us some attention. There was some trash in and around parking lot and they had weeds and grass growing in the outdoor planters.

Amenities were well done, right down to the nice smelling soaps and shampoo. Pool and Hot tub were excellent for us and our grandchildren. Nothing super fancy, but for the price, and type of stay we needed on this trip, motel turned out to be far better than we expected.
