Clean room. They have done really well in the past three months eliminating the odor, probably marijuana from hotel. I think the multiple signs threatening $200. I don’t have to wash my clothes! Last time was a mess. The only thing lacking is parking, but that would be a decision by management to build or buy more spots. It was easy to park in the adjacent lot until the next morning. Also, the pool is not functioning or the laundry. You have to use the elevator as the the stairwells seem to only go out wit( no way back 8n except through the front desk.

The hotel did not have a terrible odour. The room was okay, there was a lamp that probably did not belong to the room as it wasn’t plugged in and no where to plug it in that would make sense. The staff and hotel in general seem to not care much about being great.

Jacuzzi was leaking and because the floor is a white ceramic you couldn't tell and my wife slipped and fell hard. Called the front desk and wasn't rude but I asked for towels and explained what happened...They didn't bother to ask if she was ok or seem to care. Kid working the front desk refused to give me a managers email or business card.... Gave me the "number" to his mangers cell phone but it was the number to the hotel.

Gave us a room that was being occupied by someone else. Made us wait around an hour to get a new room that was dirty, and smelt bad. When I told them someone was in our room they proceeded to laugh and tell me “who cares just open it” even tho I told them the tv is on, people are talking and the red light that turns on when someone is inside and locks it also was on. We ended up checking in at almost 10pm just to check out at 11am and was not even offered a discount or anything.

The staff were great, but there was a really bad smell of sewers in the elevator. The room also had an odour and stains on the carpet. Constant drains leaking in the covered parking area and bird mess everywhere.
