Spacious room, decorated nicely, quiet, clean facility, hot delicious breakfast. I arrived stressed, dropped my ice water breaking my cup, accidently deactivated my room key, and the staff was gracious and helpful.

A great stay for the price. The room was large and clean and well equipped. There was some maintenance going on but otherwise it was smooth. A thin but really tasty breakfast we all enjoyed and check in was instant. 5 minutes from plenty of restaurants. Would def stay again!

We had a check in time of 3pm and got to the property at about 6pm and the room still wasn’t ready. Room didn’t feel as clean and inviting as other properties owned by the same company. Was an okay stay though.

Handicap parking was across the parking lot. The room was fantastic but this morning the shower ran out of hot water very quickly after getting in it. So even at a great price I wouldn’t stay again.

Checking in was tough. There were a lot of people there for some party it seemed. The front desk attendant probably needed extra help. He helped customers that walked in after me with their drinks before getting my room key. He was kind and everything went well after that.

The property was located close to highways and food/shopping. Checking in was easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was poor compared to every other Hyatt we’ve stayed from Chicago to Texas: sticky elevator floors, dirty bath rag in the tub upon arrival, pool gate falling down, etc. Staff were super friendly.

Great Hotel

The rooms are clean,up to date, and very comfortable beds. Property is located in a quiet business park and is pet friendly. Service was great. Right off the main highway. Will definitely stay here again.
