Located on the quieter side of Shinjuku with several train stations nearby within a short walk. Amenities bar in the hotel lobby for guests to grab including face masks and foot masks. Reasonable room size with enough space for large suitcases. Bathroom is small but functional.

Nice hotel close to the station. If booked well in advance, this hotel could serve as a nice, low-cost base of operations for any Tokyo visit!! Bathtub is a bit cramped but they do have a bath down in the basement that's pretty neat.

The best hotel in Japan. The room is quiet and the location is so convenient. The subway station is right cross the street. McDonald and 7 11, a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and a near grocery store are all nearby. The check in and check out process is so efficient. We will definitely stay here again when we back to Tokyo.

If you're flying out of Haneda Terminal 3, or even flying in and needing somewhere to rest after your flight, this hotel is probably the most convenient hotel at the airport. It is located in an annexe of Terminal 3, so is literally a 30 second walk to departures. The hotel is also well-worn, clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and courteous. I've stayed here twice and will always stay here overnight if I am flying out of T3 in the morning. There is also a cute robot that drifts around the hotel doing cleaning chores!

Simple, clean, and accommodating! Also, the hotel is located in a great spot near lots of restaurants and the subway. We had absolutely no issues and the staff was super friendly.

The building is beautiful, common areas are spacious and relaxed, they provide a wide range of complimentary items to supply your needs and more. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, as expected in Japan. There is a convenience store right beside the lobby which is helpful. The hotel is just one block from a train station. The overall experience was great. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel
