Manuel checked us in and he was the best!!!! Smiling face polite patient and our every need was looked after. after starting out our day at 8 am and travelling and getting to the hotel at 11 Pm Manuel made our day even better. We felt so good. Pack and play was in the room. We had baby supplies delivered they were there. Our room was spotless beds extremely comfortable pillows perfect not to hard not too stuff. Everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Grace looked after everything and such a lovely lady. Our family was very imp. Very quiet slept well. Thank you for the best stay!!!

The room was in good condition when we got there. Therefore, the next day we were away all day. When we got back back around 8pm, nobody from the cleaning changed the towels, no bed made. I had to call housekeeping to get fresh towels. Breakfast was good.
