The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and it was so convenient to be able to walk to the IHOP for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when we are next in town.

Our room was dirty! We have stayed before and this was not the case! But our floors were filthy/ spider webs with spider eggs/ blood on bathroom floor ! And hair of someone else’s/ They offered to give a partial refund ! We did not receive the $40 refund !

We didn’t realize the doors to the rooms were outside. This is a security issue. Other than that it was a good place to stay while we conducted our business.

The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, the pool was great for kids, and the overall grounds seemed well kept. The breakfast was fine if you were just looking for a simple continental breakfast but if you want something more substantial there is a IHOP connected to the hotel. This hotel is pretty big and busy at all times, so we did have to run the fan in the room as well as turn on white noise to drown out all the noise going on outside.

This hotel is like really old. The pillows were hard as a rock. Unfortunately we stayed in front of the pool so the noise of people talking around was horrible. The bathroom is like from the 1800 LOL I couldn't sleep and the little i slept the pillow caused neck pain 😩

The front desk staff was very polite and helpful but the first room we got was terrible the fridge was leaking water and the floor was wet, none of the outlets near the bed were working, huge problems when you travel with teenagers. I went to the front desk to fix the problem and the staff wants to send the maintenance guy at that time so I suggested changing the room. She did change the room but this one smells cigarette but at that time we were too tired to keep changing rooms so we slept there.

The air conditioner was obscenely loud though it worked great. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was nothing on the website that said the pool was closed. If I'd known that beforehand I would have stayed somewhere else. The room was clean and the shower worked well.

This was more of a stay by week place. Lots of homeless people and construction workers. I did not feel safe at all. The room was old, and everything that was metal was rusted including the lamps. And the pool was closed for repairs. If I had known all of this, i would have never booked this place.
