Key card failed three times. Didn’t clean room was there two nights. Elevator was out the first night I got there and the next day still out.Was on the 4th floor. Had to go from floor to floor looking for ice. I could write my name on the dust on the desk and on the dresser. Paid 150 a night for just myself asked to talk to the manager about taking money off or comping The room for one day said the manager wasn’t available.

The bathroom smelled like urine and there was a wet face towel left on the toilet when I checked in. Also left over tissue in the peep hole. I’m not sure if the room was fully cleaned. There was also a dead gnat stuck on the wall when you walk in,

Need to do better for the cost.

Elevator was broken, TV barely worked with the remote, noise from other Tennants late in the night, need water purification in g he rooms, limited vending services/options.

Mostly perfect

Very comfortable bed! I was able to relax after busy days Very quiet. My only complaint would be that, yes, laundry services ARE available. But there is only one washer and one dryer. Every time I tried to use it, they were in use. One or two more of each would be helpful. But otherwise fine. I would stay there again.

My husband is handicapped and we were on the 4th floor. The button on the elevator to go down was not working correctly, so you had to walk down to the third floor and bring the elevator up to the 4th floor. They had it fixed but the day we were leaving it was beginning to not work well. One morning I went down for coffee and there was no regular coffee and had to ask the desk to get the carafe that was in the back room. Another morning I went for decaf and the coffee from the day before was in the carafe cold. Went to spend one night at the pool and no lights were on. I had to go to the front desk to have them turn the lights on. Also from the parking lot you could see garbage stacked up against the window you could look into.

My room was on the 3rd floor. I heard dogs barking near my door. Outside I heard sirens day and night! The towel rack at the sink was broken. It was connected to the wall only at one end. AND, the tub drainage lift was broken. It would not close, it would not lift to raise, it only came off!! In other words, I couldn't take a bath...only a shower.
