The hotel itself met expectations. Unfortunately when I awoke at 6 am to use the restroom the floor was wet and when I went to use facilities the water was dripping from ceiling. My daughter went to get towels for floor and I called down that we would need another room as we could not manage around this, they did provide keys to another room. Security arrived with mop bucket and informed me housekeeping wasn't there to start the day yet. I mopped up so we could pack up and change rooms. This was quite inconvenient. When we checked out later in the day there was no offer due to my inconvenience or apology your receipt will come from Hotels.com Do you recommend I contact Even Hotel or would you be able to provide a discount for our inconvenience?

I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM after driving for four hours. I had come into town to celebrate my birthday and was extremely tired, especially since I had just finished a work shift before the drive. Upon arrival, the young lady at the front desk was very polite during check-in. However, a group of girls came off the elevator being very loud and running through the lobby, which made me hope they weren’t assigned to the same floor, as I needed rest. After receiving the key to Room 424, my wife and I began bringing our things into the room. While she brought in our belongings, I inspected the room, starting with the bathroom. I was immediately disappointed. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair scattered everywhere, the shower was unclean, and the toilet seat and base were visibly dirty. The main room’s floor was also noticeably unclean. I returned to the front desk and requested another room. I was given Room 514, but unfortunately, this room was just as dirty. The bathroom had large clumps of hair all over the floor and in the shower, as if someone had combed their hair and left it there. Frustrated and exhausted, I returned to the front desk again. A different front desk agent this time offered another room — a suite — assuring me that it should be clean. Although I had originally booked a one king room, I went up to check this suite. Unfortunately, I found more hair and dirt once again. At that point, I simply asked the front desk to provide me with cleaning suppli

Nice hotel and room was cleaner this time than last but bathroom floor was dirty. Does seem attendant did not clean floor with mop. I wiped floor with washcloth upon arrival as I saw dirt and wash cloth was covered in dirt. Elevators are terrifying but hotel has Great morning coffee and an awesome gym.
