Mold

Mold in the window seals, holes in the curtains. Stains on the mattress. Hot water in sink didn’t work. Tub stopper didn’t work. Breakfast was old fruit and white bread. But the guy at the front desk was really nice.

The hotel is outdated & dirty. The bathtub/shower was filthy. The carpet is sticky. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Not recommended.

It was fine for a quick weekend trip. I thought the breakfast was poor—just bread, waffles, and a Jimmy Dean sandwich. The room was good, just a bit old-looking. The bathtub looked dirty, as the varnish had rubbed off. Otherwise fine, cheap price

I was told to leave by an African American manager after a Caucasian woman manager checked me in; she said I could bring my 10,000 bicycle into my room. I am a triathlete and Afro was a pencil neck… Oh, I am a natural body builder who is Puerto Rican… Me despidió de mi habitación por hablar español…He said I needed to leave for speaking in Spanish… As I left the key at the front, a hysterical mother with her fat bearded white husband with three towheads yelled some sort of profanity like the patients in one Flew Over the Cooconest… If you are an athlete and speak Spanish o any other foreign language, you will be prohibited from staying here. Go figure. Crazies are taking over Comfort Suites…. Bless them!!!

Front desk employee had some sort of mental break and denied reservation to myself and two perfect strangers. Trying to get a refund from Hotels . com has not been easy. No follow up from them after a week of waiting. Requesting help again so we’ll see if anything comes of it. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ***we heard the hotel lady say there was MOLD in this hotel too

There was mold all along the door frame to the bathroom in our room. When we told the lady at the front desk she said that people have complained about that and other things. Very disappointing. The smell was horrible! There were stains all over the walls in the room and in the hallways. I have pictures but this won’t let me upload them.

This property was disgustingly gross and smelt like mildew and filth!! I slept in my clothes and was not expecting this to be a bad place to stay! Everything was dirty from the ceiling the the floors…..the tub/shower was black with mold and just NEVER AGAIN!!

Comfort inn stay

The front attendant was not very knowledgeable on where to go to eat. Our sheets were ripped and looked like they hadn’t been changed and had black stains on them. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed in the room or in the hallways pretty dirty. bed was very uncomfortable.Thats what you get what you pay a cheaper price. We will never stay there again.

Room was okay

The room was nice and clean, except that it had a sour odor to it. The bed and pillows were great. There was no hair dryer, and the desk clerk said they didn't have any. The clerk the next morning provided one. There were no breakfast items provided except for a few granola bars. The fitness room was pretty well outfitted, but was moldy.

This hotel needs renovation badly. Paper peeling off hallway walls. Plaster peeling off ceilings. Our bathtub had been patched and recaulked poorly and had a lot of rusted areas. I would not bathe in it.
