Lots of problems at check in, toilet was dirty, bathroom fan didn't work, people fighting in the pool area and the staff did nothing about it.

Our bath tub looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was gum or something stuck to the bathroom floor and the walls were filthy. We kept our socks on and didn’t shower at the motel. The refrigerator had old food in it and the microwave was nasty inside. Very disappointed, as we have stayed here in the past without issue. The staff is not friendly or at all helpful.

Hidden Gem!!!

I was skeptical about this hotel after reading reviews, but this hotel was really worth the price! I brought my son here and her loved the pool and beach. I was able to bring my two pugs, they have clean up stations for poop. Lots of beach, everyone was nice. I will be coming back here in July, this was the perfect spot for a weekend get away! My son loved the pancake maker and the A/C worked AMAZING in the 91 degree weather! Our room was at 60 and we loved it. They even have A/C in the pool room.There is also a shower in the pool room to rinse off before going back to your room, which was nice

The place was clean room and resort. Pool and hot tub were also clean. I recommend this resort. Very economical and right on the beach. How can you ask for more.

I thought this place was going to be a great stay for first time being in Oscoda Michigan and I thought wrong. The facility smells like human waste and Urine, theres a resident here that keeps his door open thats trashed and has human waste all over the place and then touches everything in the breakfast room. The remote to the tv doesnt even work on the tv. The beds werent even queen size beds and they was so uncomfortable. The toilet in the bathroom leaks so theres always water on the bathroom floor. All I gotta say is when I come back here I will not stay at this place at all. Not worth $200 for a 1 night stay. Wish I could honestly get my money back.

Always enjoy our stay at this little spot right on Lake Huron. Great staff, very friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything. Helena is ALWAYS there with a smile. We always feel welcome.

You can see projects were started but not finished. The “hot tub” is a warm bath. The floor in the hot tub should be replaced, as it was cracked in multiple places Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the person checking us in was very friendly
