Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy, the clientele was worse. There was a hole in the bathroom wall that I was waiting for a rat to emerge from. The neighbors were either outside shirtless and barefoot chasing their dog around the parking lot or smoking pot outside our room. The only good point was the front desk clerks, who were both awesome. But this hotel is a disaster. Do not stay here!

Very nice personnel, but the hotel is older, room interiors are worn. The floor didn't feel clean. All rooms are by exterior entry, which isn't obvious in the picture. Pool was clean and nice.

Rooms were absolutely nasty. Walls were disgusting-splattered with who knows what. Floors...everything was so gross. We booked this hotel months in advance based on website images and location. Because the city was sold out we didn't have the option to leave upon checkin. I sanitized the touch point surfaces and felt horrified to have to stay. It was a $69/night hotel not $270. Fraudulent rate hike because of the event in town to boot. I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

We had to leave immediately. The area was unsafe, dirty, noisy and not maintained at all. The room had a horrible humidity, mildew and marihuana smell. Bathroom was dirty, furniture was distressed. Ceiling popcorn was distressed. Outside areas were full of someone’s garbage bags. There were sketchy individuals hanging out outside the rooms. I requested a full refund and plan to pursue legal action if such refund is not complete. Please contact me to discuss. I did not had the opportunity to take pictures during the check in,

This hotel is nothing like the description. It looks like a homeless shelter with trash everywhere around the property site. Room smelled terrible, walls were stained with dirt, blood and mold. Bathroom door hinge had mold stains. Door frame had blood stains. Expedia should not promote this place. We couldn’t stay there and had to leave. It makes me wonder what kind of QC and or requirements Expedia has to feature properties on their catalog. Beyond disappointed

Difficult to understand desk clerk. Dog excrement in grass outside my door... More than one spot. Inside of door was dirty. Floor dirty. TV was really small... No decor at all... Nothing on the walls at all. Price was inexpensive, but property is not inviting. I will not stay here again.
