The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly and attentive. If you're considering this hotel, carefully reconsider that based on my opinion in my experience. Housekeeping is only once every four days. While the room had a window, the electric lights or four and few between, and I found it dark when they were on. The electrical outlets, as well or far and few between. They had problems with their phone system so every time somebody called the front desk from their room phone. It rang in my room which disturb me many times during the evening and night. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done to correct it. There are no automatic doors, entrance doors to the facility, so it's not easy if you have your hands full with luggage and things. Handicapped people, people with disabilities, might find this the problem. When I had to cut short my stay, by one day, this facility could not do that for me, and they told me to contact the place I made the reservation at which was Expedia. I regret having made this reservation on Expedia for many reasons. But there was no way to edit or change the departure date on Expedia so accordingly I was charged for an extra day because there was no way to cancel it. There were many much better hotels within a stones throw from this facility, and I should've been more careful in choosing a place to stay. Taco Bell, Wendy's, McDonald's, etc. are within 100 to 200 yards of this facility and the others.

The property inside was clean and comfortable. The girl at front desk very helpful. However, the area outside and around the property was a mess with trash and debri. Needs some attention.

The room air conditioner/fan rattled when in use. The staff could not provide bar soap for the shower. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. The landscaping needed attention. When checking out, we requested a printed receipt and was told their printer was broken. Very disappointed and WILL NOT be returning!

Horrible Room

You can tell that they had had bedbugs at one point and I don’t care if they were rid of them or not. I pulled back the sheets to check the beds and they were absolutely disgusting. There was bedbug poop all over the corners and then the seam the mattress pad that was on there was ones from 20 years ago and they were stained and nasty. The mattresses were stained of yarn and I went right to the front desk. I told her I took pictures. I said this is totally unacceptable and I want a refund and she assured me my card wasn’t going to be charged because I asked for a receipt.

Pool and guest laundry were out of service. Entry to room smelled like damp cigarette smoke, the bathroom floor had water accumulating from the tub and condensation dripping from the exhaust vent, and the room ceiling looked like there were mold issues.
