The room was clean and spotless. There was a small kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was pleasant and courteous for the Christmas season. My only concerns was the long wait with the valet service for the car which varied between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the time of day.

We had classic room which is out dated. AC has loud noise . I don’t expect Hyatt has this out dated hotel condition. I would give a 2/5. I initially booked a studio which is at $1000 a night with Amex and it is categorized as fine hotel, then I found out they have classic room on Expedia at half of the price. Now I know these are very two rooms and categories. The Amex studio is a much newer building. Again you get what you paid for.

Amazing stay! From the activities provided, to the outdoor swimming pool, the ice skating rink, amazing stay. Only downside is everything is very expensive. The food at the resort is very pricey, I would suggest eating outside of it.
