The Hotel hit all the main points spot on. The rooms were clean and most importantly they smelled clean. The bed was comfortable, the hot water and shower was amazing water pressure and hot water.

The hotel room was beautiful, clean, beds were comfortable with plump pillows. The hotel guest in the room next to us acted like wild animals all night. Left their TV at 110 decibels until 1:30 AM, and continually slammed their door coming and going.Then they turned the TV off at 1:30 AM and let me go to sleep, only to wake me up at 7 am with their extremely loud voices and slamming doors over and over again. Why have people lost all sense of respect for quiet around others ??? I do not get it. Front desk was not reachable via phone to complain to. Went to an online chat with hotel employee trying to get relief that way, however they told me they were not onsite and could not do anything to help. Not a solution

This was my birthday present to myself. The casino was good to me. The food at Drago’s wasn’t as good. We spent almost 200.00. The food was a bit salty. I only ate half of what you see.

The room was hot and when we told them they said it would cool down when we were in the room. It never cooled below 72. We sleep at 65 at home and should be able to expect close to that when paying for a room.

There was an undisclosed $100 credit card hold. There was a case of empty beer bottles in our room. There was no lotion in our room. Everything else was great, and I highly recommend.
