The rooms had very bad acoustics the people in the room above were running at all hours of the night and early morning. Property didn't seem full. The breakfast also ends at 9:30AM why not end at 1030 AM or 11. If on vacation and you don't sleep well it is hard to also wake up early to eat. They also do not clean or restock rooms while you stay so only book one night! Trash was never taken out, beds never made unless by us, and we had to ask for more towels and toilet paper.

Staff was very nice. Had a couple of issues with checking in. Performed an online early checkin, complete with upload of photo of ID and credit card information, but when arrived at hotel they said they did not have access to the information. So had to check in again. However the charge was for a little more than expected, and when I walked in the room it was a two bed instead of A king bed. Later they realized their mistake and had me switch rooms ( I think because they had a family that needed the two beds. No big deal to me, but my credit card was charged again for the new room, and had to spend a lot of time while checking out making sure that the first charge was being refunded. It was still a good stay, just had some hiccups. Also had requested a late checkout when performing the online checkin, but was denied. When I arrived, They had a sign on the counter that said they were not providing early check ins or late check outs due to the number of requests.
