Not HAPPY!!!

My sister and I checked in on Saturday September 20th a little after three and the woman behind the desk was rude, snappy, never smiled, etc!! We weren’t the only ones she was that way towards. Then your sign says DELUXE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST well there was nothing!! Waffles and Yogurt and bananas!!! Not Happy!! Also the picture online wasn’t the same as our room. Not HAPPY!!

Room was clean although strong smell in room, possibly from cleaning agents. Breakfast was basic but fine for one day. Good alternative to the high-priced hotels at nearby casinos.

Quick and easy check in even when arriving early. Disappointment to have plumbing issue in the early morning hours and no one available to take care of it. Front desk offered to switch rooms but as we were checking out that morning we just ended up packing up and leaving earlier than planned

Paper thin walls the couple next to us up until 4 - 5am screaming - cackling -chatting up a storm which get you are out and about but at some point can you please sleep lol . Also the beds were not comfortable -super important - and please no pine sol or fragrances for cleaning . Certain individuals have allergies and asthma so this is super important .

Upon my late arrival, the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating however; the room was old and rusted with dirty carpet and peeling wallpaper, chipped furniture and generally had an unclean feeling. Although there were no stains on the sheets and towels vidible to the naked eye , it felt uncomfortable to use these items. For the price of over 200 per night, this was severely disappointing. One night was enough.

I needed to explain during check-in that the name William (on my license) is the same as Bill on my reservation even after showing my credit card with Bill. We have stayed here many times and after driving 2 hours from NH, this was not the welcome that I was looking for. After calling the manager, we were okayed to stay.

The parking lot is awful, potholes when entering and bushes need to be trimmed back . You can't see the sign very well. Tge staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean.

The rooms was neat and clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was very simple — no eggs or breakfast meats of any kind — just waffles , cereals, oatmeal packets, and breads . And different beverage hot and cold- which was a little disappointing. But otherwise great hotel and stay

Looked for a hotel on Expedia. Hilltop had a high rating so we made a reservation. Our first room smelled of mold and cigarette smoke. It was overpowering. There was a spider in our bed. We asked for and received a new room. Unlike room 1, this room did not have carpeting but it still smelled of smoke. I just keep thinking off all the failed gamblers who lost the rent money at Foxwoods and checked into this place to contemplate the future.

Safe location near Mystic

Stayed here because it was less expensive than to stay in Mystic where we were visiting. The room was very large and clean and hotel was in a safe location Mystic not far away. We left before breakfast was served, but it looked like a very good continental breakfast. Only downside is check-in was at 4 PM and they didn’t make an exception.
