Room was clean and comfortable. Requested a handicapped accessible room and got a handicapped accessible room, which is not something that every hotel delivers on. Most put a handicapped handrail on a wall in the bathroom and call it handicapped accessible when in reality, they are death traps for aomeone with ambulatory challenges. Thank you for the extra handicapped features. It certainly made our stay very pleasant. Great breakfast also. Fast & friendly staff

Room is in need of repairs, carpet that is on the trim of wall falling off, holes in bathroom wall, hole in bathtub. Room in need of being updated, very out of date. Staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast started @ 630 am eggs and gravy are cold had to take to room and microwave. If waited untill 730 or 800 it would be warm by then. Cold air blowed in room thru windows not sealing tight and around the ac/heating unit.

The shower leaked really bad the whole time we were there. It was decent clean but not real clean. Staff were nice. Doors to the outside were not secured well. When people went out, they didn’t close on their own so most of the time they stayed open. First night our room was cleaned, they just took the towels and didn’t replace, and beds were poorly made. Staff took a plate at breakfast someone left out, dusted it off and put it back on the clean pile. If they do that in front of people, I’m a little worried about what happens behind the scenes.

The room was fairly priced, clean and adequate. Although other patron were not good about how they closed their doors, letting them slam regularly. The food was ok. The sausage gravy was cold and the waffle maker seemed to heat unevenly.

We checked in, after 15 hours of driving. The host at the desk was friendly. We went to our room and it was disgusting. The floors were dirty - not vacuumed and clearly not washed (black dirt) and the tub was also dirty. The bed had a large urine stain on it and the window seat cushion had white stains on it. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room. He offered a different room. Upon entering, I immediately saw blood on the pillow! That was it - we left. Such a dirty, gross place.
