Room phone didn’t work. Some lights didn’t work. No hot water. No air conditioning room was extremely hot. Had to change our rooms and new room had rust and missing paint in shower. Will never stay here again ever.

Ok, it has been great. Of course the hotel is under construction and it would have been a better stay with all the facilities up and operational. With that said the staff is exceptional. I have stayed here many times when it was Hard Rock and can’t wait till this has been completely renovated 🙂

Aging property. Thermostat in our room was non operative. Had to open sliding glass door which seemed a dangerous hazard being on 15th floor with minimal safety feature of having no balcony no deck no rail, just a thin lock in door track. Yikes.

Old run down room, central heating only, paint chipping off ceiling, no fridge, that’s an extra $25 a night but standard in every other hotel. Parking is $20 a night not included with room. Staff not friendly or welcoming. Construction company working at hotel dented my truck and there’s no cameras outside of the parking garage. Parking garage has low clearance of 6’3”. I could go on and on. I checked out 1 day early and was told yes I can receive a refund for the last night, then once it was approved/requested, they told me if the charge doesn’t fall off my card in a few business days then it’ll only be a partial refund of “$50 or so dollars” for the resort fees and not for the last night of my stay….id like it to be clear what I’m going to be refunded for or if I am not going to be refunded, I’d like to know why. The uncertainty is not ok with me

Construction going on but that didn’t deter us from the great experience we had. Oversized parking kind of was a hassle to walk back into to hotel (( make sure to drop your bags during check in because the ground was Rocky and uneven)). Rooms were great, even though they were a bit older, still were nice and comfortable.

Hard Rock Hangover

This is a hastily re-branded Hard Rock Cafe hotel, to the point where most decor is still rock-inspired. The lobby still smells like fish due to the oyster bar in the casino. The hotel only has central heating/cooling, so you cannot adjust the temperature. After being soaking wet from skiing in a rain, it would have been nice to warm myself up, but 67 degrees in the room didn't help. They have a posted sign to call them so that they can bring a space heater if you're cold but the reception is not responding and once I walked down there to ask for it, they brought blankets instead.. The room is uncomfortable and poorly furnished, as it lacks a table / desk, not to mention a fridge, microwave or a kettle. Other than a coffee express (that makes a terrible coffee), they have water bottles for which they charge $2! The hotel is located about 10 min walk from the gondola (which is not great in full equipment) and also lacks any amenities useful for skiing at Heavenly such as snow equipment storage, shuttle to the gondola etc. They advertise having EV chargers, but these are old gen Tesla-only Superchargers, so if you have a different brand (even with a NACS adapter), you're out of luck. The garage has very low clearance, so a heavy duty truck might not make it inside. Honestly, it's hard to find any positives about that place. I guess the king bed was fairly comfortable, the room was reasonably spacious, the location is OK and they have an on-site Avis, but that's it.

Dog Friendly but $75 a night for your dog. No microwave or fridge in the room. We had two lamps that did not work BUT the staff are nice and friendly, clean , close to other casinos and overall a very good experience. Will return.

Property is pretty decent. They are having trouble with their heating and cooling. It was really hot in the room and we couldn’t not adjust it. We opened to sliding door but then it made a loud whistle through the vent. The room was pretty clean, bathroom had a little mold in the shower. The staff was very nice!!!
