The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Didn’t know we had to pay for parking and then we’re supposed to get a refund for it. Which might not even happen because they didn’t explain how to do the parking properlyNo mini fridge or microwave and the rooms were in terrible condition. The elevators felt really unsafe. One of the doors didn’t close completely and would not move.

Poor Service

I stay there twice a Month for the past 12 Months. Everything has always been great until this time. The front desk representative acted like it was her first day on the job, usually the person is helpful and works with me. This time I felt like I was bothering her by asking for two keys or asking to be placed in the the newly remodeled tower. This is not how you treat a returning customer.

Poor service checking in

I have stayed in this hotel about 30 times in the last six month and my experiences have been amazing until this last stay. The person who checked me in must have been new. She seemed to not know what was going on. I asked to stay in the newly remodeled tower and she said the only way she could do it was to charge me an upgrade fee of $30. I was placed in the newly remodeled tower last week and there was no upgrade fee. I asked for two keys which has never been a problem before however I was only given one key this time. I’m not at all happy with this person or the service I was provided.

We really enjoyed room 1503 (on the 15th floor) facing the lake. It really made the stay spectacular. Also enjoyed the Oyster Bar and the really friendly and nice servers.

The giroat the front desk had but attitude. Nobody was outside the hotel to guide us where to park and how to get in the hotel. They remodeling and the elevator from one side didn't take us to the 6th floor and they didn't explain this during the check in.

Miserable stay

It was the worst weekend get away of my life. No hot water, no water pressure, room service never cleaned the room, and security was on our floor several times each night pounding on the doors of partying college students rooms. It was a miserable stay.

The overall property looks like its under perpetual renovation but the worst part was the unsightly pool area and the service from the steakhouse staff! I was ignored while in the patio area in 40* weather with just area heaters for an unacceptable amount of time and the manager was impatient and irrated with me. To top it off the food was subpar!!
