My stay was okay, I didn't have hot water one day. Also there was no a mini fridge or microwave. A keurig machine would be better than the coffee machine they had. Guest staying the hotel should not have to pay for parking or they should get a discounted rate.

The location was convenient but the hotel itself is dilapidated and loud. I could hear anyone in the hallways all night and our room door stopped working because the battery went out. It took 25 minutes to connect with staff to fix it because there were 2 front desk people handling all Saturday check ins. There were hairs in the bathroom and bathtub upon arrival and I was overcharged for parking. They left us with 2 less than half filled toilet paper rolls to start the trip. The pool was closed (which there is usually a pool party for a he Rock Tahoe Half) and we were charged $107 for 2 days of parking.

South Lake Tahoe adult centered

We stayed in the brand new tower, was one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Very modern, large room and bathroom, comfy bed. Tons of counter space for the ladies. No arcades so probably less kids there if that’s a concern. Pool looked great but didn’t open for another week.

Would not recommend staying here. Stayed here with my family of 4 and was at first excited. Then we came to the realization that first the pool was closed for the entire season and the fitness center is not much bigger than a restroom. Not to mention the fact that the staff at the front door was very rude and seemed to give little to no care about any problems and questions we had. But overall the worst part about the hotel is the fact that you should be prepared for 100’s of dollars worth of hidden fees that are not specified until the bill arrives. Absolutely 0 amenities not even the parking was free, they charged over 20 bucks a night for parking alone. Please listen to me when I say do not stay here, even a motel would’ve been a better option
