The rooms were half clean, they did nothing to accommodate as well as the hotel was empty at the casino. The staff were not friendly and the overall property was okay. I believe the best thing about the hotel was the valet parking staff

They have casino for my husband. 15mins drive to anywhere ( emerald bay, spooner park,...)for me and my kids. They have pool too but i didn't check it yet. Change or upgrade to other room is easy. I have to Upgrade ($40 more for each day/ weekday) 2 other rooms for get really front view lake room. Dont aspect too much front view lake, itsnt look like in the website. (Room 1703-1710 can see the lake) (Hope they fix 1637 for hot water shower and tv cable).

Smoking everywhere

Every room is a smoking room, whether you like it or not. The rooms are nice, but they smell of smoke from the moment you get off the elevator and into your room. The staff at the front desk was amateur at best.

This place is a dump! Stay anywhere else. Dated, filthy, no staff, NO HOUSEKEEPING after 4 requests. Carpet was literally duct every 10 feet. No services. None of the retail shops were ever open. First room had filthy toilet seat and exposed light bulbs. Second room had broken safe, lightbulbs out, and huge stain on carpet. No skiier services like lockers or shuttle. RUN away!

There was no water for awhile a power failure for 4 hours, snow, closed pool, closed restaurants. Yes this all happened but it was outside of staffs control and they did a great job. Definitely stay here cause they can deal.
