The fresh, air-conditioned interior - which offers 1,774 square feet of living space outfitted with brand new furnishings and appliances - was tailor-made for families, beach-goers, corporate retreats, and extended getaways. Grab the provided baby toys, towels, cooler, and beach chairs on your way out the door, and spend the afternoon swimming off the shores of East Beach. When you return, throw your bathing suits and towels in the washer/dryer, and pile on the sectional sofa to watch the Georgia-Florida game on the 55-inch Smart TV (with cable service and Netflix capability). As the parents and grandparents sip cold drinks on the screened back porch, the kids can play tag in the fenced yard, set up a board game, or walk down the street for a game of tennis. There is a new office area to the main bedroom with a desk, chair, and lamp. It's the perfect laptop-friendly space! Additional amenities include a 32-inch smart TV in the kids' room/bunk bedroom.

This darling, two-level home sits in a quiet neighborhood north of Redfern Village, close to Kings Beach and a short stroll from boutique shops, spas, restaurants, and public tennis courts. You'll be only three miles west of Sea Island, four miles north of East Beach, and five miles north of Neptune Park and the St. Simons Island Lighthouse Museum. With blissfully mild temperatures in the height of winter, it's always a good time to take a leisurely bike ride to Fort Frederica National Monument three miles north or go crabbing as a family on the St. Simons Pier. Join an eco-tour to catch a glimpse of the local dolphins, book a guided kayaking excursion on the island backwaters, or head south to marvel at the natural beauty of Cumberland Island National Seashore.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
