Requested 2 beds and ground floor. Got 1 bed and 2nd floor. The swimming pool was so cold, couldn’t swim in it. Had to go back and get a different room and was told no ground floor rooms were available.

Great breakfast. The ONE disappointment was that the pool had no water, and it appeared that it had been that way a long time and would continue non-functional for the foreseeable future. All staff were SUPER kind and helpful!

The room was a great room and great staff. We were looking forward to the hot tub but they didn't have it on and when they did turn it on, it took hours for it to get semi warm. By that time, the pool hours were over. Huge bummer as it was a cold day! The hotel is extremely lighted which means the lights were coming thru the room window, despite the curtains being closed. We woke up numerous times throughout the night as it was so bright, even with the shades drawn. So hard to sleep when the outside lights severely illuminates the room. Did not get a good nights sleep because of it.

The cleanliness of the rooms was great! Good job housekeeping. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. Our only issue was the pool was freezing, that was a disappointment .The hot tub was great. The breakfast was good also.
