I always believed Red Lion was supposed to be a decent place to stay. The staff is cordial however the facility is a little run down… the carpet was tired worn and dirty. It looked like it was from an 80’s roller rink or movie theater. Right when we walked in our room I saw a big rough patch job on the ceiling. I said to myself ..GREAT!!!… hope it doesn’t rain. The room air conditioner was super loud at times..I believe it will break down soon. And the worse thing was that the hotel doesn’t keep their guests quiet at night time There was a little league team there as well as a high school band of some sort. So I had teenagers outside my window at 10 pm talking and laughing like it was 12 in the afternoon and at the same time I had little brats running up and down the hallway corridor playing,screaming, and laughing…I was at my wits end with this place.

Quiet and convenient. Easy to find off the interstate. Pet friendly but additional charges were on the expensive side @. $25USD per pet. One of my dogs covered a cockroach skulking along the wall one evening. Reported to the front desk, manager was not in yet. I leafy my name and contact info and was expecting a return call from the manager - nothing. Front desk and housekeeping staff were great, leadership dropped the ball here at this location so the reason for the low staff and service rating. Solely based on hotel leadership. Unknown if I would stay there again.

Quiet and convenient as it’s not far off the interstate. Per friendly which is nice but a bit on the expensive side charging $25USD per pet. During our stay one of my dogs cornered a cockroach skulking along the wall one evening. I reported the incident to the front desk clerk with instructions to let the manager know when she arrived for the day. I left my name and contact number. The manager did not make an attempt contact me either by calling or texting. I gave a low rating to the staff and service but to clarify the front desk and house keeping were helpful, leadership dropped the ball here.
