We stayed two nights at this property and will definitely stay again. The hotel staff was friendly, attentive, and made our stay enjoyable. The property was clean and everything was in new condition. We liked the convenience of being able to walk to several nearby restaurants. Breakfast was great, had plenty of options and was kept well-stocked. So glad we chose to stay here!
Everything was great. I do think the beds could use updating though.

1) We were promised 2 rooms on the 5th floor. They gave us one, the other on the 2nd floor where pets are allowed. They had no other rooms they said (person was allergic to pet hair etc)!
2) Fifth floor room had sewer smell from the toilet area and no “engineer” to fix it. The manager knew immediately what it was. We put up with it for 2 nights. Our friends got moved the second day to the 5th floor and they had sewer smell too!
3) The sheets were very crisp- looked nice until you slept in them. We have never gotten chafing from sheets like this before.
The rooms were nicely decorated and had sofa beds. There are no restaurants nearby. You have to drive to go to restaurants. Across the way is the convention center. Personnel were ok.
Will not stay there again for the price we paid way in advance. Also, the sewer smell and sheets will dissuade us….
Friendly and helpful desk clerks. The breakfast staff was also friendly and on top of things. Dirty dishes picked up quickly and any liquid or food spills were wiped up quickly too. Just a very efficiently run hotel
This was our second stay, having stayed on our drive to California. Now coming home it was really our only choice. Great location, many nearby dining options, electric car charging station, very comfortable rooms, and a very welcoming and hospitable staff! We’ll be back!!
