The hotel was just ok, it felt pretty dirty in the room like it had not been deep cleaned ever. There was hair on the shower walls and pillow from prior customers. Sink was dirty. Carpet in the room was very stained. The title in the bathroom was broken. It was advertised that it had a hot tub but it did not. The breakfast was good. It wasn't the worst place but it wasn't the greatest. For the price I would say it was decent.

I was really disappointed. It is a great location to walk to places downtown. Pool was dirty, room walls were marked and needed clean paint. Room had a strong perfume smell. Soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. Very noisy with people partying until late. Bed was comfortable. Won't stay at this place again.

We went to Zion in Spring 2025. This is 23 miles away from the Zion NP. This had the best, cheapest rate of all the motels we stayed at for 'The mighty 5' trip. They have the usual continental breakfast that opens at 6:30. But it was ready even at 6:15 AM. We liked making fresh waffles. The owner was constantly checking batter level to keep it filled. The room was clean. We requested for the 1st floor and got it. Moving things in/out from car to room was a breeze. Overall, loved the stay.

5/5 for price and location to Zion National Park 4/5 shower, loudness, sheets. Thin walls, if you have a loud neighbor, might be hard to sleep. thin sheets, if you like a heave blanket feeling, bring own blanket. Overall, can’t beat the price/convenience of this place.

They were nice enough to let us check in early but there was no coffee pods available, there was mold inside the handles of the shower. The shampoo barely came out of the dispenser and nothing would come out of the conditioner or whatever the other container geld.
