This hotel was really bad. The reservation said breakfast was included, but it was not really a breakfast, only oranges, hot water to make tea, or hot chocolate. There was no proteins of any kind. The bed was uncomfortable, with a very cold and hard thin blanket that stayed cold all night even though I had to put the heater to warm up the room. There were not enough towels in the room with 2 queen beds. I had to request more towels and they did not have towels available. The pictures on Expedia are not updated. The hotel looks very different, light blue/gray color outside, not updated, old, and smell bad! I don’t recommend it!

Assigned room was already occupied by someone else. Room door was difficult to close. A/C temperature varied overnight night making the room hot, then, cold multiple times. Water pressure in the shower was not sufficient. Room was the noisiest of been in in many years.

Checked in for 20 minutes and left. Entire room smelled like bleach. Rooms open out to parking lot with only a thin bar stopping it from opening. The worst, don’t waste your time.

If you like people leaving out for work at 5am and getting ice and talking loud at 5am this is your hotel. If you like tenants instead of daytrippers hotboxxing in there rooms smoking weed, this is your hotel. If you want the patio view to be tractors and interstate mowing equipment storage on facility grounds this is your hotel. Bed linens are clean. Problem appears to be management not supplying supplies to throughly clean like mopping floors and hallways. Thats cheap supplies to use, ex. mop in glo on lineoleom flooring in rooms and hallways. Basic maintence needs to be done. Sliding doors need oil to slide properly, painting needs to be touched up. Filters in room 116 must need to be changed or ac drain needs cleaning cause its extremely musty. I booked 2 rooms for a family of 5 and requested adjoining roos so i could have one room and kids the other yet, given rooms adjoining but notthru room adjoining thus causing wife to stay iin one room with part of kis and me in the other with another kid. I even stated in pre registering i would take a king and queen joining rooms or the queens in each room, however to make it work out. Rooms side by side no help!! Upon arrival i pre registered as requested and supplied id and tag # etc as requested yet when i went to get keys was told they needed the info. I responded i pre registered as requested. Why register if you have to do it again.

These are the most disrespectful people you’ll ever stay with at a hotel they lied to you. They’re disrespectful. their rooms are covered with cockroaches, and I saw a rat the size of my cat.

The staff here at the super eight is always courteous and on top of things. I like the extra door for security and the cameras for safety. I would recommend the super eight for anybody needing a hotel.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived and we waited for 10 minutes for someone to show up. After the first night stay, the bed was not made and used towels and washcloths were not replaced in preparation for our second night day
