No complaints other than the one dark haired woman with the heavy accent. I’ve stayed here several times and each time this woman has either questioned if I’m a guest or has given me a hard time about my service animal. This one specific time I offered to present documentation for the animal and she refused to see it. She then proceeded to ask me what the service animal was for. I told her I have the animal for medical reasons and she’s asked, “for alerting”, I answered yes and she proceeded with questions, explaining to me that she is allowed to ask two questions. Not only did she refuse to see documentation that was OFFERED to her but I answered all of her questions. There was no reason for her to become argumentative. If documentation is offered and refused, that should really be the end of it.

It bad staff. 👎 don't recommend anyone. I did this reserved by hotel.com for a group of five people. When I get there the room is for four people, I was told one to sleep on the floor. Then the manager said to cancel that night it not there fault they can do anything that let night had to fine another hotel.

The room we got was first floor 114. When we walked to the room the door was open. We looked in and the room had a moldy musky smell to it. When I went back to the front desk to ask why the room was open they had said that the 1 of the beds wasn’t made yet. Then we had no towels in the bathroom. Later on at night we were able to switch our room to another room but only problem was this had only 1 king size bed and we were 4 people. So I had to sleep on the couch and man it was uncomfortable, my back still hurts and it’s been almost a week already. The staff was friendly but I don’t know who passes these inspections in some establishments. And 1 last thing is the breakfast area is so small and congested I don’t know how people were able to eat being so on top of each other. Ps the rate we paid for this crap hotel was outrages I found cheaper rooms in Miami for cheaper and better than this hotel!

Dead roaches in room,black mold around the tub, red stains on tub overall dirty bathroom, ants all over the table in the room. When addressed these issues all they said was thank you for letting me know. absolutely horrible and the inside of the tub looks brown like it had never been cleaned

Rooms did not seem very clean. Both rooms had showers that would not drain. I brought it to the front desk’s attention, they offered me a plunger.
