Hotel smells moldy when you walk in. Went to first room with desk clerk. She opened door. Thought room smelled moldy the further in room the worse the smell. I went down said I needed a different room because of mold. She wanted to know if I used anything I said no she said she needed to be able to give room to someone else. Gave me another room. Strong smell of urine and mold. Public bathroom downstairs was missing part of ceiling and had holes in duct work. Clearly had major water damage and not addressed properly. She said I’d have to contact Expedia for refund.

Friendly staff. Great bed. Great room. Everything is within 18 min or less from hotel. The shuttle service is great for transportation if u don't want to drive into the tourists area. You have 2 gas stations right off the property. One of them is a wawa. And Texas road house is walking distance. Great staff at that restaurant.

The person at the front desk was not social had attitude. The room was dirty, especially the floor. It’s one of the worst La Quinta I ever stayed at.

The stay was comfortable and things were clean. However there was evidence of water damage in our room and mold. Also just a FYI, heavy construction around the hotel. It is an affordable stay in an expensive city, so we were pleased overall.

On my check in staff service was awful got a room go up and when we get there they was working in it on its carpet. Go back down the front desk gave me another room on the 3rd floor walk in its heated smelling like mold and one of the bed filled with black spots of dust I called the housekeeper that was working on the floor she came in saw it and said i didnt to this room so call front desk, like why would you say that. Didn't apologize and worked out. Worst service and staff members.
