Great budget-friendly stay! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. It had everything I needed for a comfortable night's rest. If you're looking for an affordable and reliable place to stay, this is a solid option. Would definitely stay here again!

During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a rude front desk attendant who was completely inconsiderate of my concerns. When I approached her with an issue, she dismissed me with an attitude, showing no interest in resolving the problem. Instead of offering assistance or even basic customer service, she was short, unhelpful, and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Her lack of professionalism and courtesy made my experience frustrating and disappointing.

My sister and I were supposed to stay at this motel for one night (last night) after a concert in Worcester. Initial check in was sketchy but typical of Motels. Didnt have high expectations at all and was fine with the location for the cost. What I definitely wasnt expecting was walking in on a civilization of cockroaches enjoying the room while we were at the concert. Generations of cockroaches. Aunties and babies galore. They were chillin in the sink when I turned the water on to wash my face. Im convinced they were advanced enough to have understood the english language. So at 1230am, after almost 24 hours of being awake, we packed up, shook our belongings out that had been in the room for hours (they are now quarantined in my car till I can inspect them) and headed back home to CNY. I left the cars with the attendant t the desk and just said we are checking out ! They asked no questions and abruptly snatched the card and saud goodbye. Taking the L financially but lesson learned. Never staying at a motel again. Especially not this one. Didnt take pictures because I was took skeeved out to do much but manic pack and rush out to the car. They were on the walls, the floor and all inside the sink. No thank you.
