We did not eat at the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was construction in the adjacent property that was loud and started early. Room was nice and clean and large.

Great location near park entrance. Common spaces are nice, and gym is well-equipped. Rooms are adequate but not huge, though the gorgeous view just outside the door easily makes up for it.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious, spotless, and modern with comfortable beds. The location was also very convenient for exploring Zion. We would definitely stay here again.

We put a do not disturb sign up and staff still come in. They do not replace towels, we received two towels for 4 days we had to go to the desk to ask for more towels.

Room was in good condition, beautiful views from the property. Staff was not friendly or welcoming. I had to greet them as I walked in the lobby so they would look up. Aesthetic was cold and uninviting. Odd choices in room decor, pool decor. Nothing about it felt warm, cozy or inviting. We stayed in Springdale for 2 nights, and chose a differnt hotel for our second night. Red Cliffs was our fancy/splurge night, but it disappointed us for the money spent. Go for the Springhill Suites down the street, also ran by Marriot, if you want a good nights stay snd welcoming experience.

The room was very clean, maids cleaned everyday. The restaurant was very good, friendly staff. Both gentlemen who worked the front reception area were friendly and very helpful. Location perfect for visiting Zion park. Landscaping and decor of the buildings went well with the environment. Overall we had a great stay.

Beautiful, clean rooms. Centrally located to everything in Springdale. Just a short drive to Zion NP Visitor’s Center. We didn’t use the shuttle, but there is a shuttle to the park as well. Short walk to a great little grocery store to stock up on snacks. Beautiful pool area with hot tub.

Room was clean but the view from our room was a back wall. My fiance fell out of the shower because the cleaning product was not wiped off. He was in pain until we got home. It put a damper on our trip. Zion National Park is fabulous!!

The location was beautiful. The rooms were gorgeous and clean. The view was amazing. Only complaint was they charged you to park which we thought was absolutely ridiculous. I believe it was 20 bucks a day. You ‘d think with paying that much to stay you would have free parking. Other than that, it was wonderful. Another mistake we made was booking through Expedia, we would’ve received points booking directly through resort.
