The location is fantastic, but the condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired. The furnishings appear outdated and worn, and cleanliness is a concern—my white socks were noticeably dirty after just 10 minutes of walking around the room. An upgrade and better maintenance are definitely needed.

Quick stay

Although we only stayed for one night, we enjoyed the room. It was large and it faced the river which was enjoyable. The room had a patio as well which we enjoyed sitting on at night looking at the stars and listening to the river.

The check in was the worst we had ever had it. First we arrived early just to see the hotel before going hiking the young man was really rude .That was 1 pm so at 4:30 pm we came back to check in so two people were there , a older woman and a young woman, the younger was really rude and nasty with us in front of my 9 years old . We ask to confirm the bedding was hypoallergenic like it was in the expedia app when we booked. I also had a message with the hotel weeks prior just to confirm because my son has allergies. When I mentioned she flipped on us like I was a crazy person that they never heard about it and it was not on the website the expedia was lying. I had the text message exchange with the hotel but she was not interested and the older woman ask the manager who was hiding in the other space and she said he didn’t know too . I just booked a almost $$500 two nights for nothing. We always visited Zion and there is a good variety of hotels to choose but I only choose that because the bedding. I felt treated my son was scared and sad because he was afraid to sleep there and get his rashes like it happened one time in another hotel. We were tired and afraid to sleep there. I waited to leave town so I can speak now those people have no idea about customer service and respect that young lady has so much hate for people and we didn’t feel safe in there. So sad

What an experience

We had a perfect Off-Season experience at this wonderful property. Waking to sound of the Virgin River beneath our room and views of the Amazing Zion through the expansive windows. Staff was attentive and I will be back!

What an amazing lodge . Friendly staff , spacious rooms and 360 degree views of those famous Zion mountains ! Location is very convenient. Shuttle bus to the park entrance is right in front of Driftwood . Many excellent walkable restaurants. It was a 5 star stay for us !

This was a very spacious room, with great views of the mountains. Microwave, fridge, and large bathroom with shower and tub. A true vacation spot! A 5 min drive to the Zion entrance.

Great little find

The room had an amazing view of the mountains behind the property, it was cozy, comfortable, lovely bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Had fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The hotel had laundry facility, outside pool and spa. Could walk to everything. The attached coupons we received for breakfast were $8 per person which you used at another restaurant further down the road called Oscars. The food and service there was outstanding. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back…
