The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was a nice size, well maintained, and clean. It is very noisy within the hotel. When in the room watching tv, you could hear people in the side rooms, from the hallway, and room above. The elevator was broken during our stay but the stairwell was clean and inside.

The customer service was beyond excellent however I believe the cleanliness could’ve been upgraded. We were there on Friday through Sunday. I don’t believe the hall of the first floor had been mopped or vacuum the entire time until Sunday upon leaving. The room furniture had several stains on it and could’ve been shampooed. The customer service was beyond excellent from the desk attendant, and all the employees that I ran into however, a better routine for common area cleanliness needs to be initiated.

The staff was really great, the room was clean and well kept as were the grounds and hotel in general. The sink leaked but was taken care of quickly (on Christmas eve mind you) and it took an oddly long time for hot water to make it to the shower but otherwise all in all the room and stay was fine. My neighbor who seemed to live there full time was overly noisy and I wish I'd been in another room but it wasn't anything crazy just kinda loud. The sliding door to the balcony was super difficult to open and close if that matters to you. Decent place, I was there for a week.
