This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in many years. There was obvious black mold located in several places in my room (115). There was a small cluster of long black hairs in the fitted sheet. There was coffee but no coffee maker. My key had to be demagnetized multiple times.

The room was ok but the cleanliness was bad, the bed linen had blood stains and pillow cases had some as well. The ac kept turning off which was super annoying. I definitely won’t be booking at this hotel anymore.

Upon entering the room, a strong unpleasant odor was immediately apparent. The bathroom shower contained hair, the tub was dirty, and the toilet had a significant stain on the back ring. Additionally, there were stains in the back. Overall, the space was exceptionally unclean.

Way too expensive for the quality . Ac didn’t work told them but they didn’t care, cable sucks!! There was a pool but it was at o hot soot good thing was it’s at spi every else ducked. O an they charge you fees on fees

When I got to the lobby to check my reservation I was asked to pay 37 dollars more for 2 kids even though my room had already to queen beds and also my door frame is broken with termites or ants and my bed sheets had a blood stain on them.

Where do I even begin? The room was so rundown. My key fob constantly wasn’t working. I requested new towels and bedsheets and got denied. It’s not worth your money to stay here.

Critter and dirty hotel

This hotel looked good in pictures. Checked in left our stuff and went out to enjoy our family time. Got back late and tired That when we walked into the bathroom there was hair on the bath tub, the ceiling had daddy long legs the shower curtain had like what looked mold. In the sink area we saw little ants and baby roaches. Plus they didn’t even take out the hangers that were left behind. On one of the beds the sheets were dirty that I we slept on our towels. We didn’t complain because it was late and the next day we left early to go enjoy SPI. We stayed 2 nights Friday and Saturday. Yet I guess it’s true what they say you get what you paid but even at that we paid about $400.

Avoid! Mold above missing door framing, furniture torn paint, laundry list of bogus charges they'll try to land on you, warped floors, sagging couch. DO NOT STAY HERE
